Description: DelinvFile can delete data files that you have not been able to delete using the normal Windows Delete function. DelinvFile is a Windows program that provides a convenient User Interface for selecting the file that you need to delete and provides for a choice of two delete methods. You use the standard controls for Drives, Folders, and Files to navigate to the Folder and Select the file to be deleted. Note that Filenames are displayed in both forms - Short FileName and Long Filename as a convenience for the user. Once a FileName is selected (highlighted), you can click the Delete buttons to try to delete the file. Note that you may be able to delete the file with one method but not the other. Try both if necessary. If neither of the delete operations succeed, you have a more involved problem than described above.

Description: Dirkey is a small utility that enables you to define bookmarks for folders and go back to these bookmarked folders from within File Open/Save dialogs and Windows Explorer. You can set and go to these bookmarks using your keyboard or your mouse. When Dirkey is active you can press Ctrl+Alt+0..9 in e.g. an Open/Save File dialog and a bookmark will be set on the current folder. You can go to any bookmarked folder by using Ctrl+0..9 in the same or another supported window. All bookmarks are global and are preserved when you turn your computer off. You can also open bookmarked folders in a new Explorer window. NOTES: Dirkey 2.0 differs from version 1.x in various ways. Description: Siren renames files using an expression. Any information associated to a file can be used: name, extension, dates, selection number ... etc ... other information is extracted from it according to its type: audio (mp3,mpc,ogg,wma,wav), video (avi,mpg,asf,wmv), image (standard and raw), exif, iptc, karaoke, office and pdf document. Many different operations can be performed on character strings. A complete directory tree can be processed. Images can be viewed. For example, to change a file name to uppercase with the mp3 extension, the expression can be: %ub.mp3

Description: XMS/EMS RAM disk installable and resizable from command line. You can choose the drive letter. Up to 2 Gbytes supported. Include a little helper for HIMEM 3.09+ to let it use more than 64MB. You can resize the disk (down to zero, or up to 2 Gbytes) at any time and so regain memory for another usage. This is possible on DOS command line but not under Windows because of virtualization. The transient part of EXE will calculate all parameters for the new disk (it uses the same ones as MS-DOS for hard disk, so they should be convenient for all cases). For help type: XMSDSK /?
